Ingredients

    15 oz can Garbanzo Beans
    3 eggs
(put BEANS AND EGGS IN FOOD PROCESSOR) THEN add:
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    6 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 tbs Carob Powder
4 Tbs Vanilla Protein Powder (no sugar)
    2 Packets of Stevia
2 tbs Raw Agave Syrup (add sweeteners to taste)

*Play around with consistency adding more or less applesauce/protein powder/ beans, etc.

I could imagine a fruit topping/syrup on these, but here is what I made for me:
0% Greek Yogurt mixed with chocolate protein power, stevia, cinnamon

My son's topping: Maple syrup, protein, stevia, almond milk made a frosting!

Directions

cook at 350
in a SPRAYED 8x8 brownie pan
*make a slice in brownie first batch through to see how it cooks for you after 10 minutes. 20 min seems to be approximate. Top browns quicker,
very Dark Brown Brownies....
