Introduction

My daughter created this yummy low carb sandwich or mini pizza for me. My daughter created this yummy low carb sandwich or mini pizza for me.

Ingredients

    2 Slices of Lite Ham
    1 TBLS Salsa
    1 Scrambled Egg
    1 Slice Cheese

Directions

Brown 1 ham slice in small teflon frying pan & set aside
Cook 1 beaten egg in the same pan for flavor (no need to add oil) Flip 1 time & remove from pan.
Put 2nd ham slice in pan
Top with Cheese (so it will melt, Egg, Salsa & other ham slice
