Ingredients

    2 cups Okara
    1/2 cup corn meal
    1 cup Heartline ground "beef"
    1 1/2 cups onion
    6 Tbl catsup
    2 Tbl Worcestershire
    Fresh basil, sage, tyme, rosemary
    2 tsp grey poupon mustard
    6Tbl Nutritional yeast

Directions

Makes four large servings

Preheat oven to 375

Mix all ingredients and cook for about 40 - 45 minutes
