Introduction
This is a salad that I found in a book and found it is one that everyone just loves once they try it. A lot of people don't like sauerkraut but once they try this they are really surprised.I have altered it it calls for sugar but I use Splenda. Ingredients

3/4 cup splenda
1/4 cup Oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 cans sauerkraut rinsed and drained
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2oz. jar chopped pimiento drained
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp celery seed
Directions
In large bowl, combine sugar, oil and vinegar. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Cover refrigerate 24 hours to blend flavors. Stir several times during the 24 hours. ( I usually put it in a bowl with a tight fitting lid. A couple times a day I just shake the bowl to mix the ingredients.)
