Ingredients

    1 Zuchinni
1 small tomato or half a huge
    olives
About 10 thinly sliced raw sashimi(anything king, a mixture is fine too)

1) Use a shredder to shred the zuchinni into thin long slices

If you don't have a shredder just cut them into small dices or according to personal preference

2) Dice tomato into small cubes

3) Thinly Slice sashimi and mix with a small amount of citrus soy

4) Add a small amount of balsmic vinegar to the vegetables mixture then top with some pitted olives sliced/whole/bits or optionally use fingers to crush olives into bits(fine for both pitted or non pitted) and mix in

5) Top the sashimi on the salad and serve

** Note for more protein you can add pan fried(without oil on a non stick pan is fine firm tofu and also top the citrus soy, or even tempeh)
