Ingredients

    2 lbs Beef Short Ribs, fat trimmed off
    2 10 oz cans Low Fat Beef Broth
    1 14 oz can crushed pineapple, with juice
    1 cup diced white onion
    2 tsp ginger root, finely chopped
    3 garlic cloves, crushed

Directions

Mix all liquids ingredients and onion, garlic and ginger together in crock pot. Add ribs. Cover and simmer on low for 10 hours. Serve with rice and broccoli.
