    4 fat free tortillas, cut into small squares
    2 tostada shells, broken up
    1 onion, chopped
    1 red pepper chopped
    1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis, not drained
    1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 package frozen corn
    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1/2 package taco seasoning


1. Heat a frying pan with nonstick spray, and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Once the frying pan is hot, add the onions and cook until transluscent.
3. Add the red peppers and cook until they are soft.
4. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
5. Drain the turkey, return to pan and add the taco seasoning, stirring until well coated. Add the can of tomatoes and stir. Turn off heat.
6. Spray a glass pan with spray and add half of the cut up tortillas. Top with 1/2 the turkey mixture, 1/2 the corn, 1/2 the black beans, 1/2 the cheese, and all of the tostada pieces.
7. Layer the rest of the meat, the beans, corn and tortilla pieces.
8. Bake for 20 minutes, then spinkle to the rest of the cheese and cook until melted.
