Introduction

I re-designed a Kraft recipe to make it lower cal I re-designed a Kraft recipe to make it lower cal
Number of Servings: 22

Ingredients

    1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    3/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt
    1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
    1/2 tsp onion powder

Directions

Assemble all ingredients.
Spread in pie plate and cook at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers or chunks of bread.

1 serving equals 2 TBSP
