Ingredients

    Lean ground Turkey
    Onions
    Tomatoes
    Marinara sauce with no added sugar (check ingrediants)
    Garlic
    Basil
    Oregano
    Extra veggies or seasonings to taste

Directions

Toss everything but the sauce in the pan and cook it up! when the turkey is cooked, add the sauce and let it simmer for 5 minutes or so. then eat it.
