Introduction

This is my grandmother's chili recipe, edited to be healthier. I usually eat it with saltines and maybe a little cheese on top. I don't measure out my servings, but I can get about 12 small bowls of chili per batch. This chili is one of my favorite things about winter! Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground turkey breast
    1 can, Bush's Chili Beans (mild or hot)
    1/2 can, Black Beans
    16 oz. Tomato Sauce
    1 11.5 oz can, V-8 juice
    Cumin (Comino)
    OPTIONAL-Chili Powder (to taste)

Directions

In a large skillet, make small "clumps" of turkey breast & cover with cumin. Cook until done.
Add chili beans, black beans, tomato sauce, and V8 juice. Add chili powder to taste (if necessary), and let simmer.

Serve hot with cheese and/or onions on top.
