Ingredients

1 Pound Extra Lean Ground Beef
4 Hot Green Peppers
5 Bell Peppers
1 large Vidalia Onion
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
2 tbsp garlic
2 Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Hot Pepper Sauce
basil
oregano
spices to taste
Directions
Dice Onion, and Peppers.
Combine Ground Beef, Onion, Peppers, Tomatoes, garlic in large pot, and cook over high heat till all vegetables have become soft. Season to taste with Salt, Pepper, oregano, Tabasco, Pepper sauce, oregano, parsley, basil. When Mixture is almost finished cooking add two large scrambled eggs.
Can Be served with Rice or bread or any side of your choosing.
To make as empanada
Cut pizza dough into section 1/3 and 2/3
Roll out 2/3 section and fit into a 9x11 casserole dish. Fill casserole with mixture made above, strain. scoop mixture with a slotted spoon to drain off most of the water.
Roll out top section and cover casserole.
Cook on bottom oven rack for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Brush some of the mixture liquid on top of casserole to help with browning.
Cut into 6 pieces and serve. Servings are large
