A great low cal chili option, easy and so good! A great low cal chili option, easy and so good!

Ingredients

    6 3oz boneless chicken breasts
    2 19oz Jars of mild Picante salsa
    49oz Chicken broth
    48oz canned Great Northern Beans
    1tsp Cumin
    1tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

Bring water to a boil in a large stockpot. Slice chicken breasts into strips and drop in boiling water to cook. Shred boiled chicken (once it's white with no pink in the middle) using two forks and set aside. Empty stockpot and return to stove adding all ingrediants, bring to a boil and then let simmer for 10 minutes. Great served with a little shredded cheddar on top!
