Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 packages of thawed frozen unsweetened sliced strawberries (@20 oz)
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 oil
    2 cups sugar
    3 tsp cinnamon
    3 cups flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup nuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine oil, eggs, and thawed strawberries. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, flour, baking powder, salt, and nuts. Mix stawberry mixture in with dry ingredients. Generously grease or spray 13 x 9 x 2 cake pan or bread pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Check with toothpick.
