Introduction

Ingredients

1/2 package Ore-Ida Potatoes O'Brien
1 packet Pioneer white gravy mix
2 cups chicken broth
1 can corn
1 can chicken
Directions
Put 1/2 bag of potatoes in a medium/large pot. In a bowl, whisk the gravy mix with the chicken broth. Next pour the mixture in to the pot. Add corn and chicken (optional). Simmer until soup thickens (approx. 15 minutes).
Makes 8 1-cup servings.

this soup is amazing! My husband even wanted me to start making it in bulk so he could take it to work with him! I HIGHLY suggest this to any family who doesn't lik health food much for its taste. This one would get you to change your mind! - 12/8/08
