1 can corn, 1 can black beans, 1 jar salsa, chicken breast

cook in a crock pot, can add sour cream, cheddar cheese or jalpenos. Serve over Brown Rice. I have also substituted redbeans, used more chicken and less salsa, it always turns out great. My mother-in-law has turned left overs into soup.

Super easy...but I would use more than 1 individual chicken breast as noted in the detail information. - 6/29/09
