Ingredients

    Grampa Don's Chilli

    2 lbs ground beef
    1/2 Green Pepper
    1/2 Onion
    1 tsp chopped Celery
    2 15-oz can Tomatoe Sauce
    2 14-oz can Diced Tomatoes (drained)
    1 15-oz can Red Kidney Beans (not drained)
    1 tsp Chilli Powder
    1 Clove Garlic (minced)
    1 1/4 tsp Basil
    1 tsp Oregano
    1/2 tsp Cumin
    1/2 tsp Cayanne Pepper
    1/8 tsp Salt
    1/8 tsp Allspice
    1 Bay Leaf

Directions

Brown your ground beef and drain off all the exess fat.

Then dump all of you ingredients into your crockpot, making sure to mix a few times.
Turn your crockpot on low and go to work, when you come home you will have dinner ready and waiting for you.
