Introduction
I love PB and chocolate. To loose weight and gain muscle I need less sugar and more protein and fiber, so I created these post-workout cookies. Easy to make and much less expensive than protein bars! Ingredients

Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
Powdered Egg Whites
Peanut Butter
Hersheys Special Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
In a bowl mix the oats and powdered egg whites.
In a glass bowl or 2 cp measuring cup, melt the peanut butter in the microwave. 1 min on 50% power should work. Add the melted peanut butter to the dry ingredients and mix well. Lightly dust a plate with powdered egg whites. Divide the dough into 3 portions and flatten on dusted plate. When they have cooled off a bit, move them to a cooling rack. In a glass bowl or glass measuring cup melt the chocolate chips. 40 seconds on 50% power should work. Spread the melted chocolate on the cookies. Cool completely. Makes 3 awesome protein cookies with similiar nutrition to a comercial protein bar.
