Ingredients

    3 cloves garlic - chopped
    1 onion - chopped
    1 T EVOO
    1 pound 93% lean ground beef
    italian seasoning
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1 sm can tomato paste
    2 cups fat free ricotta cheese
    1 cup fat free mozarella cheese
    1 box cooked ziti - al dente

Directions

sautee garlic and onion in EVOO for a couple minutes. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and italian seasoning - heat to a simmer. STir in Ricotta cheese and mix well. STir in cooked ziti. Spray a large casserole dish with non-stick spray and turn half of pasta mixture into casserole. Sprinkle half the fat free mozzarella on top and turn the rest of the pasta mixture into casserole. Cover with remaining mozarella. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.

    Very Good
    This is a nice and quick recipe. Tastes great. I layered with the pasta mixed with the ricotta on the bottom with the meat sauce on top. - 3/15/07
