Introduction
This is the easiest orange glazed chicken receipe, (low fat) I have found. I cook these with the skin on to keep the meat juicy. You can use skinless breasts, or dark meat if you want..so..Enjoy..!!! Ingredients

4- Chicken Breast Halves, washed, patted dry.
1- cup orange juice, your choice of type
1- tbs. Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
Directions
Heat oven 350 degrees.
Place the breast halves skin side down in a roasting pan. Mix the soy sauce into the orange juice. Pour half on the chicken breast halves. Roast in oven for 20 mins. Turn skin side up, and pour on rest of oj/soy sauce mix. Roast 20 mins. Turn oven up 375 baste breasts with drippings and roast until just done 15-20 mins. If you want you can baste 1-2 times more and turn oven up again to 425 until breasts are glazed med/dark.
Enjoy..!!
* You can make a pan gravey with drippings, and serve over rice, as ff:
** To pan drippings add 1 tbs flour, over low/med burner. Stir scrapping up bits. Have ready 3/4 cup OJ with 1/4 cup water and 2 tbs. orange marmalade added if you like. Wisk in and cook until desired thickness. Season with a dash salt and fresh crack pepper...Enjoy, over cooked rice.
*** Having the sauce and the rice increases the calorie count by not quite 100 cals. per serving. So, really...Enjoy...!!!!
