Ingredients

For the Chicken.
4 Chicken breasts cut into pices
24 tbls natural yoghurt
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika
2 cloves of garlic crushed
pich of salt & pepper
2 tbls olive il.
For the Salad
1 iceberg lettuce chopped
i bag of watercress chopped
1 red apple cored & sliced
1 green apple cored & sliced
3 shallots sliced into ring
handful of raisins
For the Dressing
6tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
squeeze of lemon juice
Directions
For the Chicken
Mix together the yoghurt, lime juice, turmeric, parika, garlic & salt & pepper. Add the chicken & stir so that they become totally covered. Heat a wok/frying pan with 2 tbsp olive oil. When the pan is hot add the chicken. Fry for 5-6 mins until cooked through.
For the salad
In a large bowl mix together all the salad ingredients. In a smaller bowl mix together the dressing ingredients. When ready to serve add the dressing to the salad & toss well to combine. Pile the spicy chicken on a serving plate & squeeze over the lemon juice & serve with the salad.
