    1-3/4 cup White Whole Wheat Flour (King Arthur)
    1/4 cup All-purpose white flour
    1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 tsp Salt
    2 Large Eggs
    0.5 cup Honey
    1 cup Rice Milk Enriched Original (Rice Dream)
    0.5 cup Safflower Oil
    0.5 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)


Heat oven to 375. Mix dry ingredients (except cranberries). Mix wet ingredients. Stir together until batter is smooth. Add cranberries. Spoon into lined muffin tins. Cook 19-22 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool - 5 minutes. Makes 12 mufffins.
