    Carrots, cooked, 1.5 cup slices ( or 1 bag of baby carrots)
    *Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)

Directions:
You Will Need: 2-1/2 to 3 lbs. Boneless Chuck or Rump Roast, Well - Trimmed. 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning. 5 cups Cut - Up Fresh Vegetables, Such as Carrots, Celery, Onion, and Potatoes. 1 cup Water.1. Place Roast and Vegetables in Slow Cooker. 2. Mix Seasoning and Water Until Blended. Pour Over Roast and Vegetables. Cover. 3. Cook 8 Hours on Low or 4 Hours on High. Remove Roast and Vegetables to Serving Platter. Stir Sauce Before Serving. Important: For Best Results, Do Not Remove Cover During Cooking.
