Ingredients

SUNFLOWER OIL 1 TBSP
ONIONS 1 CUP CHOPPED
GINGER AND GARLIC CHOPPED OR MINCED ACCORDING TO NEED
TOMATO CHOPPED 1 CUP
COOKED CHICKPEA 1 CUP
CURRY POWDER 1 TSP
WATER 2-3 CUPS
SALT TO TASTE
Directions
1)heat the oil in a non stick pan
2)add onions and cook till golden brown on a medium heat
3)add ginger and garlic finely chopped or crushed
and saute for 2-3 secs
4)bring the heat to low add 2 tbsp of water and the curry powder stir well and cook till the oil clears up on the top
5)add the washed and drained chikpea . tomatoes and 1cup of water and let it cook for 5 minutes
6)add salt and if u need more sauce add more water and cook well
TIPS
u can add a vegetable stock cube in the water for extra taste but be careful with the salt then
i usually add coriander leaves chopped towards the end for added flavour and smell

PS: the portion given is very small, u can increase the portion but keep the calorie intake in mind
