Ingredients

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups splenda for baking
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup pure pumpkin (not pie pumpkin)
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Glaze
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. In large bowl combine sugar, Splenda, applesauce, vanilla and pumpkin.
Stir until smooth. In a separate bowl stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Once stirred together, gradually add to pumpkin mixture, batter will be stiff. Drop by tablespoons onto baking sheet and bake 15 to 18 minutes until lightly browned. Cool completely. While the cookies are cooling, mix together confectionary sugar, milk, butter and vanilla. stir until smooth. If this is too thick add milk a little at a time until it will run off your spoon.
Drizzle over cooled cookies in a back and forth direction, getting glaze on all the cookies. Let set
10 minutes for glaze to set up. Enjoy.
