Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups COOKED Brown Rice, long grain,
    1 cup red Pepper chopped
    5 GREEN Onions chopped
    1 cup Mushrooms,sliced
    4 cloves Garlic
    1 minced chili pepper
    8 ozs uncooked fresh or frozen Shrimp
    1 cup Cauliflower flowerettes
    1 cup Cabbage, shredded
    1 cup Bean sprouts
    Oil for stir frying

Directions

1. In skillet or wok add oil, garlic, GREEN onions, red bell pepper and sliced mushrooms. Saute about 2-3 minutes. Add cabbage, cauliflower, saute another 5 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is cooked.

2. Add rice, mix well.

3. Add bean sprouts and mix again.

Serve hot.
