I am very interested in this recipe, but need more specifics. Should the fish be totally cooked and flaky after the 2 hours on high, and how long do you keep it on low in cp? - 1/26/18

    Good
I think this would be a good base for other crockpot chowders, with some modifications. The capers were really strong and combined with the whiting it was really overwhelming. I liked the idea of serving it over potatoes and using creamed corn. Next time I'll use tilapia and leave out the capers. - 11/5/09
