Introduction
This is a great item to prep "now" while making something else as it NEEDS TO MARINATE FOR SEVERAL HOURS.I even threw this in the freezer for a few days and then moved it to the fridge the night before I was going to be using it. Ingredients

- 4 (1 inch thick) boneless pork loin chops
MARINADE
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. Mexican oregano
- Pinch (or more) if Chipotle Powder (or dash hot sauce)
- 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
Directions
Makes 4 Servings of Protein. (You probably want a salad or grilled veggies as a side)
Make Marinade:
- Assemble all ingredients (other than pork) in small to medium mixing bowl
Prep Meat:
- Clean pork chops (remove all visible fat)
- Pound to about 3/4 inch thickness
- Place meat in large ziploc type bage (Zipper is great)
- Pour marinade over meat, work it in through bag, and marinate for 4 to 6 + hours.
Cooking:
-Thaw / bring meat to room temperature
- Prep grill or grill pan with cooking spray
- Heat to med high
- Cook about 5 minutes a side (rotate 90 degrees about half way through on each side if looking for grill marks)
NOTE: Don't overcook
