This is a guacamole packed with flavor and goes great with grilled chicken or used as a spread for whole grain fajitas. I also love adding this to a whole grain pita bread with baby spinach for a post-workout boost. Ingredients

    1 Avocado
    1.5 tbsp. salsa
    1 tbsp. cilantro
    1 tsp. milk
    Juice of two lime wedges
    salt to taste

Directions

Puree or chop avocado.
Mix in salsa and chopped cilantro.
Add a tsp. of milk (n/f)
Squeeze lime juice
Combine alltogether
Add salt to taste (optional)
Combine to desired consistency.
Enjoy!
