Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 can Extra Hot Rotel Tomatoes
    1 can Red Kidney Beans
    1 can Pinto Beans
    1 can Black Beans
    1 can Yellow Corn

Directions

Brown and Drain Ground Turkey.

Add all canned ingredients.

Add chili powder and other spices to taste.

Simmer over medium heat for 30-40 minutes.

    I make the same recipe, but add a package of taco seasoning. You can also add FF cheddar cheese for a garnish, as well as crumbled Doritos or baked tortilla chips! - 11/16/08

    This sounds delicious. My husband & I love to eat soup during the winter. I never liked ground turkey, but a friend suggested that I drop 2 cubes of beef boullion in the pan when I fry it. It's amazing, if you didn't know it was turkey, you wouldn't know it was turkey! Trying this tomorrow. - 11/16/08
