Introduction

Ingredients

    1 egg, beaten
    3 tablespoons vanilla soymilk
    3 tablespoons Maple Grove Farms gluten free pancake mix
    2 tablespoons Davinci sugar free Pumpkin Pie syrup
    2 tablespoons canola oil
    1/4 cup canned pumpkin
    1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    2 packets splenda
    1 heat-proof measuring cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in measuring cup. Microwave for 2 minutes, allow to cool and turn out onto a plate. Cut into 4 servings. Delicious served with lite whipped cream or sugar free caramel sauce. (not included in calorie count)
