Directions

SAUTE ONION AND CELERY. LET COOL. MIX WITH CRAB MEAT, EGG, BREAD CRUMBS AND CRACKERS. DIVIDE IN HALF. STUFF FLOUNDER WITH MIX. BAKE UNTIL FISH IS FLAKEY. ABOUT 15 MINS

    Good
    Oven temp? I used 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Didn't need the bread crumbs, the saltines were enough to bind it together. - 1/17/09
