Ingredients

    1 2/3 C milk
    2 eggs
    3 T butter or margarine, softeneed
    3/4 C mashed potato flakes
    1/4 C sugar
    2t salt
    1=1/4 t ground cinnamon
    1t orange peel, grated
    4 cups bread flour
    1T active dry yeast
    1 C dried cranberries
    ORANGE GLAZE
    1 cup confectioners sugar
    2-3 t orange juice
    3 T chopped dried cranberries, optional

Directions

In bread machine pan, place the first 10 ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Selcet dough setting(check dough after 5 minuts of mixing) add 1-2 Tablespoons of water if needed. Just before finmal kneading (your machine may beep) add creanberries( also only use 1 T active dry yeast, there was no way to select that amount for the ingredients. When cypcle is complete, turn dough onto a lightly floured board.cover and let rest for 15 minutes. Roll or pat to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with a 2-1/2 inch biscuit cutter. Place ina greased 15-inchx10inx1in baking pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place until almost doubled, about 40 mnutes. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Combine confectioners sugar and enough orange juice to achieve a glaze consistency. Drizzle over warm biscuits. Sprinkle with chopped cranberries if desired. Yield about 1/ dozen. Use of timer feature on bread machine is not recommended.
