Introduction
This is a spicy dish that can be made using shrimp or chicken. I've posted the original which uses shrimp however for lower eveything 3 4oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts can be used. If you don't like okra it may be left out (substitute 2 cups frozen green peas) and to save time substitute a 10 pkg of frozen onions and peppers and if you really want to go all out, substitute a can of cream of shrimp for the cream of mushroom. I used Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom. No HR cream of shrimp available:( Still good! This is a spicy dish that can be made using shrimp or chicken.
