A delicious alternative to prepared fruit cobblers and crisps. Use the fruit of your choice, such as apples, peaches, berries or a combination of them. Ingredients

    4 Large Apples

    1 Cup Organic All Purpose Flour
    8 tsps Organic Sugar
    1 tsp Cinnamon

    4 tbsp Smart Balance Butter Spread

Directions

Makes 6 Half Cup Servings

Layer a Small Baking Dish with Fruit.

In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Pour evenly over the fruit.

Cover the dry mixture with slivers of Smart Balance so that when melted, the dry mixture is moist.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour.
