Ingredients

    4 packets of HMR 70 plus vanilla
    1 packet Multi-grain cereal
    1 packet of Jello Sugar Free instant cheescake
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 egg white
    1 can pumpkin
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    .5 cup water

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Add egg, pumpkin, water, and applesauce. Mix until thoroughly moistened. Pour into 8" X 8", greased cake pan. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. 9 Servings @ 110 each.
