Introduction

This is a favorite in our house. Kind of like fried potatoes with hamburger and bell pepper in them. This is a favorite in our house. Kind of like fried potatoes with hamburger and bell pepper in them.

Ingredients

    6 large potatoes, sliced thinly
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Brown ground beef, drain grease and set aside. Finely slice potatoes and chop the bell pepper. In large skillet, heat about 2 cups of water to boil and add potatoes and bell pepper. Cook until tender. Drain water. Add ground beef to the skillet and mix together carefully. Season with salt and pepper.

Serves about 6
