Introduction

This started out as a simple recipe from Campbell's soup. Over time we added rice and threw it all in a crockpot so dinner would be ready when we got home. This is now a family favorite! O.K.
OK, but pretty bland. Added two more cans of stock, which helped consistency. No amount for oregeno, parsley,or garlic; used 1/2 teaspoon each, I think was too much, and a garlic clove. Some Tabasco and soy sauce helped, a lot. I'll probably try again, adding when I do. - 11/25/11

    Incredible!
Family loved this one!!! I had to add twice as much chicken broth. I only cooked it three hours on high - my chicken breasts were defrosted. It was ready after church - perfect. Be prepared for mushy - but flavor is wonderful. - 7/20/09
