You will also strangleand mix with the butter and the remainder rubbed cheeses. Prepare 4 mugs [mpesamel]. Throw and mix the custard of milk, [krokadia], the half [kefalotyri] and the nutmeg. Butter a big deep baking pan or [pyrex] utensile with dimensions 30x40 mill. and will sprinkle with the rusk. Lay in the half spaghettis and stretch out above the half mincemeat.Lay the remainder spaghettis and cover with the remainder mincemeat. Cover the surface with the [mpesamel] and will sprinkle with remainder [kefalotyri]. Cook [pastitsio] in the 180 degrees of Celsius, 1 hour roughly. Leave to stand 8 ', front you cut him in pieces in order to him you serve.
