Introduction

The salad has very strong taste, so you do not want to eat too much of it. It is also good in a sandwich. The salad has very strong taste, so you do not want to eat too much of it. It is also good in a sandwich.

Ingredients

    2 medium onions chopped, not too finely 1.55 cup)
    1 small apple, chopped finely (5mm or 0,25" max, 0.5 cup)
    6 tbsp 10% cream
    0.5 tbsp or 1 tsp lemon juice
    salt and pepper

Directions

In a bowl mix lemon juice, sugar, cream, salt and pepper. Chop onion, add to mix. Chop apple, add to mix. Refrigerate for at least 2 hour.
Sour cream may be better. 35% cream is the best :-)
