Ingredients

*Perdue, Lean Ground Turkey - 94% FF, 16 oz
Delmonte Diced Tomatoes Zesty Chili Style, 3.5 cup
Chopped Mild Green Chilies 1 can
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
Bush's, Black Beans, 1 can, drained (~1.75 cup)
*Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 1 pkg (~6 tsp)
Directions
Brown meat in non-stick pan - use Pam if necessary, meanwhile saute chopped veggies -use as much or little as desired.
Once meat is browned combine w/ veggies, tomatoes, chilies, taco seasoning (w/ 1/3-2/3 C water as directed on package) . Drain & rinse black beans and add to mix- cook uncovered until most of liquid is dissolved and it's of desired consistancy.
(can add a little corn starch mixed w/ water at end to thicken if necessary)
Serving size is ~1 cup and should make two large burritos (add chopped tomatoes, lettuce, FF cheese, FF sour cream & salsa as desired)
