Ingredients

    Pasta, Lasagna Noodles - (depends on how big your baking dish is)
    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 1 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 4 slices or shredded
    Ragu, Carb Options Hearty Italian Style Meat Sauce with Sausage, 1-2 cups
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup

Directions

Cook pasta, drain, and cool. layer ingredients starting with sauce and ending with mozzarella cheese.
