Ingredients

    Moist select blueberry muffin mix (Meijer brand)
    ON Whey- Vanilla Ice Cream, 2 servings (any whey protein should work, ON has 24 grams protein/serving)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    365 A&D Fat Free Milk, 1 cup

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Mix muffin mix with protein powder. Add the milk and egg. Rinse and drain blueberries and gently stir into the batter. Pour into muffin cups or a greased muffin pan. Top with packet of muffin topping before baking. Bake for 18-22 minutes.
