Ingredients

    Oats, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Honey, .25 cup (remove)
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, .25 cup (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup (remove)
    Coconut, raw, .25 cup, shredded (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove)
    matrix whey protein chocolate flavour, 2 serving (remove)
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pumpkin seeds, 2 oz (85 seeds) (remove)
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 oz (remove)
    *Pine Nuts, 1 oz (remove)

Directions

preheat oven to350f/160c, and spray an 8x8 tin with lo cal oil spray
mix honey, peanut butter and applesauce in a pan and gently warm untll melted and smooth but only warm, take off heat
add protein powder, cocoa egg and vanilla, mix well
add the remaining dry ingredients, mix well and press into the prepared pan, bake for 15-20 mins, allow to cool for 10 mins in pan then cut into 32 rectangles (4x8) or larger sqares (16)
