Introduction

A low cal version of a Chinese favorite. A low cal version of a Chinese favorite.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 cups water
    1 small pack of imitation crab legs
    4 jumbo eggs
    2 cups asparagus
    1/4 cup instant rice
    1/2 cup frozen peas
    5 tsp. chicken boullion (5 cubes)

Directions

In a large pot put water and boullion. Bring to rolling boil and add eggs one at a time stirring briskly. Add other ingredients and cook til asparagus is done.

Makes 8 servings.
