A yummy, rich, cucumber dip with the zesty taste of dill. A yummy, rich, cucumber dip with the zesty taste of dill.

Ingredients

    Cream Cheese, 1 cup softened
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 cup
    Cucumber (peeled, seeded, chopped), 2 medium
    Green Onions (scallions), 2 tsp. sliced
    Dill weed, fresh, 1 tsp. snipped
    Hot Pepper Sauce, .5 tsp

Directions

Peel, seed and chop cucumbers. Slice 2 tsp of green onions. Snip 1 tsp fresh dill weed or use 1/2 tsp. dried.

Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.

Makes 24 two-tablespoon servings.
