Introduction

I found the original recipe here on SparkRecipies by LSTUDEE. For my diabetic husband, I skipped the sugar and for myself I used fat free milk. Ingredients

    2 Cups whole wheat flour
    1 Cup all purpose flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 Cup molasses
    1/2 Cup Spenda
    1 1/2 Cups skim (fat free) milk

Directions

Makes 1 loaf, 12 servings
Mix together flours, baking soda and salt. Add molasses and sugar, mix well to combine. Add milk. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan (or just use the cooking spray with flour added). Bake for 1 hour at 325.
