Ingredients

    1 lb cooked pork tenderloin, cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 16 oz bag frozen broccoli, carrot & waterchestnut mix
    1 16 oz bag frozen sugar snap pea stir fry blend
    8 tbs soy sauce
    6 tbs oriental bbq sauce

Directions

In a large skillet saute the onions, garlic and pork with the soy sauce until the onions are tender.
Add the frozen veggies and oriental bbq sauce.
Mix well.
Cover and cook over medium low heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until the veggies are tender crisp.

Makes 4 generous servings.
Serve over rice not included in the nutritional information.
