Ingredients

1 Loaf French Baguette
1 8oz pkg Fat Free Cream Cheese
2 cups Mashed Bananas
3 Egg Whites
2 c Fat Free Milk
1/4 c Splenda (or other no calorie sweetner)
1/4c Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Night Before:
Cube Bread. Lightly grease 13x9 pan. Sprinkle 1/2 bread cubes evenly in bottom of pan. Mix bananas and cream cheese. Evenly poor mixture over bread. Top with remaining bread.
Whisk together egg whites, milk, sugar substitute, maple syrup, and cinnamon. pour in pan pressing bread slightly to ensure absorbstion. Cover and chill for at least 8 hours or overnight.
In the mourning:
Cover with foil and bake 30 min. uncover and bake for 30 more min (more or less until top is browned). Let stand for 5 min. before cutting.
