Ingredients

1 Carton - Trader Joe's Low Sodium Chicken Broth (4 servings
1 Package - Trader Joe's Fontina, Spinach and Garlic Chicken Sausage (4 links)
3 Cups - Cooked Wild Rice
1 Butternut Squash - Roasted and pureed
Salt & Pepper to Flavor
2 Cups - Fresh Spinach ribboned
12 oz - Cooked Chicken Breast Diced
Directions
Makes approximatley 6-8 servings
Bake Chicken and dice. Set aside
Cook Sausage and slice into chunks. Set aside
Bake Butternut Squash in oven for 40 minutes.
Remove skin and puree in blender with half of the chicken broth.
Pour puree into dutch oven and add remaining chicken broth.
Add diced chicken, cooked wild rice, diced sausage and ribboned spinach.
Stir over low heat.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Cover.
Cook over low heat for at least 30 minutes.
To add extra flavor, protien and creaminess....add a dallop of non fat greek yogurt to bowl of soup.
