Introduction

Very easy and delicious. Comfort Food meal- great for a cold evening. Very easy and delicious. Comfort Food meal- great for a cold evening.

Ingredients

    Chicken 6oz boneless skinless breast
    Onion, 2c chopped- large pieces
    Celery, 1c chopped- large pieces
    Baby Carrots, about 10 carrots
    Corn, 1c frozen
    Potato, best with yukon gold or red skinned-
    just wash them and throw them in (3-4small
    ones)
    1 can Campbells Cream of Chicken Soup
    (straight from the can- unmade)

Directions

Place chicken in bottom of Crock pot. Throw veggies on top and spread soup on top of everything. Cook on low 10-12hrs or high 5-6hrs or as needed for veggies to become tender. Can also add or omit veggies as desired- peas and green beans are great in this as well, but don't forget to change the nutrition value accordingly. Enjoy!!!
